Mixing Turnaround Time & Revisions: What to Expect

Understanding our turnaround times and revision policy helps set the right expectations and ensures a smooth collaboration.

Standard Turnaround

• Mixing: 3–5 business days for the first version
• Mastering: 1–2 business days for the first version
• Editing: 2–4 business days depending on scope

These are standard timelines. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee — just let us know when you reach out.

Revisions

Every package includes at least 2 rounds of revisions. A revision is a set of changes based on your feedback after hearing the first version.

To make revisions efficient:

1. Listen on multiple systems — headphones, car, phone speaker
2. Be specific — "the vocals feel buried in the chorus" is better than "something feels off"
3. Reference tracks — if you hear a mix you like, share it as a reference
4. Consolidate feedback — send all notes at once rather than in multiple messages

Communication

We communicate primarily via email. You'll receive:

• A confirmation when we start working on your project
• A private streaming link for each version
• Final delivery via download link (WeTransfer or Google Drive)

What if I need more revisions?

Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at a flat per-revision rate. We'll always let you know before any extra charges apply.
